Ella`s Fine Food and Drink in Westerly

Really really good food!! It's definitely expensive but the best good your can get in Westerly. The chef is amazing and will sometimes come out and say hi. Really nice too

Calamari was unique and scrumptious, Saigon beef not so much. Lamb was spot on medium (6ribs!) Crabby scallops to die for. The butter tart with bourbon vanilla ice cream... so good I bought chef Roland's cookbook (which she was kind enough to autograph.

Food was good. Kitchen was a little slow for amount of people present.

The atmosphere of this place is epic. Super cute and layed back. The food is amazing! I fell in love with the mushroom and ricotta toast! The drinks have such a generous amount of alcohol in them. Absolutely everything was perfect.

I was looking for a restaurant on July 4th near stonington and found a great one in westerly. Ella's is on their game from the ambiance to the service but especially the food. From apps through dessert Ella's was terrific. Lastly we had trouble getting a ride back home and the staff helped us to with that as well. Enjoy this great restaurant.

There aren’t enough words to describe. The atmosphere is great! The food is indescribably full of flavor and you can’t wait for the next bite.

Food is good but not always consistent. The wait staff is rude, they also seem to frown upon children being in their establishment despite that my children are well behaved in such a setting. What a put off.

This place is a gem. Always fresh food with a twist. Their menu is always creative, not just the dishes but even the names they come up with. It's truly a refreshing dinning experience every time. We tired many of the dishes they've had and never been disappointed with the food.Nitty gritty: Their portions are not gigantic. It's fine dining so their portions fit in the 'fine' spectrum, but wow are they good. The service has always been great, never a bad experience and the servers are always happy to answer any questions or recommend dishes. Oh and I'm not a fan of there tar tar cracker, but I dislike anything that is 'tar tar' but everyone I've ever gone with has loved it. It's a complimentary beginning snack, I believe it's salmon. It's been a while since we've been so not sure if they still serve it.Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. I recommend scallops if they have them...so good.

Really good mussels and calamari for appetizers as well as gnocchi for entree. Staff was friendly and could handle big crowds so it gets a thumbs up from me. If you are near Westerly definitely try to make reservations here.

I must say we stumbled upon this sweet gem of a restaurant.We had not planned on stopping here, but when we stopped at the intersection....Ella's caught out eye. ...It was an amazing dining experiance, from the service to the very tasty food.....so classy and elegant....this will definitely be one of my favorite places to visit. Thank you Ella's staff for the wonderful dining experience !!!!!

This is worth the stop. Excellent food. Our Lexus had an air conditioner problem while on vacation, so stopped at closest Lexus service center and had it fixed. We were talking about our east coast eating vacation and a nice lady told ud about Ella's. this was excellent and she was right about how good. I had the baked oyster appetizer. It was excellent. My husband had the tuna tartar also excellent. We both had the scallops as an entree. Delicious must try.

My Brother engulfed the Burger. I picked 2 meals for Our Women. They came out Great. My NY style steak 😋 so good. WAITER awesome Person. Hey, Chef! Excellence. Impressive

Most wonderful plates we've had in the region. Spouse asked for the chefs off menu recommendation and was more than happily pleased with the Duck a duex. Chef Jeanie explained that the crispy leg quarter took 3 days prep and the additional breast prepared traditionally was the best we've ever tasted. My Shrimp and grits were a work of art. Staff were all extremely well trained and provided 5 star service. If you want the best, go enjoy the food from Jeanie and her husband at Ella's Fine Food and Spirits

Great dinner and great atmosphere.

So this restaurant participated in Restaurant Week where a three-course meal was $25 each. Then we found out it was $28 per meal and you had to order a drink. When we questioned this the owner came out and told us to take it up with the Chamber of Commerce and that it was only $6 difference and rudely walked away. They want me to contact the chamber of commerce?? How about not participating in restaurant week!! Also, when we received the bill my wife's $6 glass of sparkling wine was double the price because they gave her a larger pour that she didn't asked for.

Best gourmet dining in Westerly! Tonight had a "Beet Steak" surrounded by pistachio, farro, forbidden rice medley, with a schmear of pistachio leek, topped with crispy onion strings and ginger foam. Best ever!!!!

Owner Jeanie always greets her guests even when she is running the kitchen. Service is impeccable. All of the staff are professional. They are all graceful and efficient. The cuisine is absolutely the finest dining in New England let alone the entire Northeast and yes, I'm from NYC... Unique cuisine, awesome desserts, and a very beautiful establishment.

This is an amazing place I really love the food here had rlthe most amazing fried clams and burger of my life. I highly recommend coming with friends everything is so delicious they seem to always have very fresh well prepared food. Even the dessert is beautiful and artfully prepared. I've been three times now and each time has been better than the last. 5 stars.

Wow! What a gem of a restaurant in Westerly! My colleagues from Westerly and I dined at this establishment last night and I was very impressed with the food taste, presentation, and service. Jen was our wonderful and personable server and she had lots of superb recommendations. Every dish was absolutely delicious: the calamari, the lobster mac & cheese with truffle oil, fries, bread - all superb. Lastly, the prep & quality of the veal chop special was sublime. There was not a dish that we didn't like and I look forward to bringing my family to Ella's in the near future!!!

Fantastic creative seafood and Italian and other on menu. First went before Thanksgiving and then took wife there again for Christmas Eve. Chef just published new cook book. Nice place for dinner

Very nice, refined atmosphere, very friendly staff. Food was delicious, portion of food was just. I had the "mamas chicken" and it was so flavorful and delicious. The head chef/owner even came out to ask how our meals were. Will definitely be back soon!!

Anniversary dinner - greeted with a congratulations card on our table. Service was outstanding. Food exceptional! Lobster crab cake for appetizer had no filler, just lobster and crab. The pate was served with figs, apricots, giant capers and the most delicate crostini ever seen. Main course of scallops adorned with crabmeat and served over coconut cilantro black rice was a Wow!Special of the night was a veal chop with homemade fettuccine with oyster mushrooms and spring peas....yum!Great evening!

Great food and drink as always! No finer place to eat in the Westerly area.

We had a fantastic meal at Ella's. The waitress was super helpful because we were in a hurry to get to the theater. Everything was wonderful.

Ella's is over the top! We ordered a variety of appetizers, a salad, several entrees and several sides....each dish was prepared perfectly and we ate every bite! The staff is friendly and Jeannie, the chef/owner, constantly makes her way through the dining room to talk to guests and to be sure everything is to their satisfaction. Ella's is affordable with a gourmet touch! Don't miss it when you're in town.

very nice dining excellent food . we were celebrating and ran a 100 a head and it was worth it. Neil our waiter did a fine job. we were yacking it up in the pub area and nobody seemed to mind. the other side seemed more well behaved.

Enjoyable experience! Appetizer Oystahs-Ellah followed by Crabby Scallops. Delicious lump crab on grilled scallops, coconut-cilantro infused black rice, bok choy, mirin yuzu apricot beurre blanc.. Yum!!!!
